  • We sell Plant Micronutrients, Beneficial Microorganisms, Tricho-Compost, and Combo Packages.

  • Each product is sealed, clearly labeled, and delivered with usage instructions.

  • We provide a free rooftop gardening guidebook and expert consultation to help customers succeed.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website, Facebook page, or phone/WhatsApp.

  • Payments accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD) and mobile banking.

  • Order confirmation will be sent via SMS, phone, or email.


4. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on location.

  • Customers may check the product at the time of delivery.


5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers may return products if they are wrong, damaged, expired, or tampered.

  • Used products are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided based on return approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days (depending on payment method).
